When I'm in the mood for a hefty American lunch, my mouth waters for a juicy rare beef patty. I've had my share of gourmet burgers in the past year and I'm even more determined this year to find the juiciest burger out there. You're also gonna need to (de)hydrate yourself with a pint or two of some local brew right?
At Slater's you not only have a row of taps to choose from but you can also build your own burger. That's right, everything from the type of bread, meat patty (50/50 is their signature patty), right down to the type of cheese you want. So many choices and combinations to design your ideal burger, it can't get any better than that. A word of advice: if you're not a fan of "charred" flavored patties, I would inform your server or chef.
Slater's Vampire dip to start off with and the main course, Slater's 50/50 signature burger. Every burger is served with a steak knife puncturing the sandwich together. Interesting presentation.
